From our 2004 start learning the trade to becoming a licensed contractor in 2019, Tile and Construction brings two decades of craftsmanship to Southern Oregon interior remodels, tile & flooring, and concrete & stone work—built once, built right

Tile and Construction is built on two decades of hands-on experience. Our founder began in 2004 at Bennett Commercial Flooring—starting as a helper and becoming an installer under a mentor who valued preparation and precision. After that company closed, four years with a general contractor broadened our skill set across demolition, framing, waterproofing, tile, and finish coordination. In 2019 we earned our contractor’s license and launched Tile and Construction.

Today we specialize in interior renovations and finishes for residential and light commercial clients—kitchens, bathrooms, flooring (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile), custom showers and waterproofing—as well as concrete and stone work for patios, walkways, and decorative features. We pair solid prep with clean execution: proper substrate and subfloor work, accurate layout, dust control, tidy jobsites, and clear communication with a single point of contact.

Our process is straightforward: a consult to understand goals and budget, a detailed written estimate and timeline, guidance on materials and design, protected work areas, proactive updates, and a meticulous final walkthrough. We’re licensed and insured (CCB Lic #228617), use code-compliant methods and trusted materials, and stand behind our work with clear warranties.
